The wagering requirement (WR) for any given bonus is calculated by multiplying the bonus amount (or, where specified, the bonus amount plus the deposited amount) by the declared multiplier. winph2 reserves the right to suspend any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, a PAGCOR regulatory violation, or where required to do so by a PAGCOR instruction or court order. Where winph2 terminates an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, winph2 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposited funds, in the following circumstances: (a) confirmed fraud or misrepresentation; (b) confirmed money laundering activity; (c) confirmed minor (under-21) account registration; or (d) confirmed systematic abuse of promotional offers. In all other termination cases, winph2 will return the verified real-money wallet balance to the Player via the registered payment method after any applicable compliance checks.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winph2 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, winph2's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim arising out of or related to the use of the winph2 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. winph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
winph2 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, pandemic-related disruptions, or PAGCOR-imposed operational restrictions.
